Error: I Cannot Create Self Service Account

It has been a week I am trying but it never lets me create an account.

I switched to postpaid and my previous account got deactivated.

This is a bug in your system.

I tried your chatbot for hours but no luck.

There is no support.

I want to deactivate koodo and mo to another provider.

Are you using the same email for your postpaid self serve as your prepaid self serve?

If so, try using a different email

Just to confirm, are you currently staying outside of Canada or using a VPN to set up the account? As well, have you tried a totally different password when creating the account?
