I get this error message when I try to reset my password:

Error 404--Not Found

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.4.5 404 Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

 

Was it an error with prepaid or postpaid self-serve? And as of now, are you currently a Koodo customer?


Got the same error logged in by typing in the website, monthly account, self-serve - profile - password  - change. Same error on the security change as well. Pin page works.

I  use post paid self-serve. I did some troubleshooting and found these results.

I use MacOS 11.7.4 and latest Firefox. Original issue was using Firefox.

So I tried to use Google Chrome (latest) exactly same error results.

So then I decide maybe try Safari (latest). Lo and behold no more error message. I was able to update password and security questions.

So the question is what makes Safari work but not Firefox or Chrome?


Last night it didn’t work with Safari. Today tested with Google Chrome and Safari and can access the security change and password change pages. Monthly Client - self serve - profile.

Had a callback this morning but wasn’t recognizing when I pressed 1 to talk to a person to report the issue on their webpage. Three attempts and then abandoned. Too bad there isn’t a submit email anymore when you are trying to report a problem.
