Endless spinning wheel

I can successfully log in but when I go to try and use self serve, and select one of the two subscribers on my account, I get an endless spinning wheel. I never arrive. I’ve cleared my cache, tried two mainstream browsers, but nothing seems to get me any further. Any other suggestions?

Hi there,

have you tried using an incognito tab or by using a different device as well? Sometimes others have found this to help when there are issues with self-serve. If you’re using a VPN, try turning it off and loading self-serve again.

I’ve tried the incognito tab and have tried both my desktop and laptop with identical results.

Ok, I see that there was a similar issue on a post earlier. I will flag a rep to assist. They will respond here as I have. 🙂

Thank you for all the responses but whatever you tried (resetting my profile/account) did not work. I’m still stuck with the endless spinning wheel - hang up.

This morning I tried to use self serve > profile > then clicked onto one of the two subscribers I have. IT ALLOWED ME IN! I proceeded to change my email, logged out, validated my new email via email link and then logged back in - all okay so far. Then when I went to self serve again > profile > subscriber > I was back to the endless spinning wheel. 😒

Dang, at least there was some brief progress 😅 was there any specific changes you would like on your lines in the meantime?

As a rep on here will be able to make the changes for you or are you only looking to have access to self serve? Figured I should ask. 🙂

I noticed I may still be able to make changes to my plans which is what I’m considering. I do occasionally like to change my password but until I have direct access to my profile I’m not sure that is possible. I’m baffled as to why this is taking so long to resolve.

I see, in that case if you choose to change your plan and an error occurs, let us know and we can help you here.

Usually issues like these I find take a few business days to get resolved. If after a couple of more days you have the same issue, I suggest you respond to Flo via a private message as they’re a rep on this platform and may be able to give you an update on the investigation into the problem. If they don’t respond after a little bit, I can flag a rep for you here to follow up. 🙂
