Dispute unintentional roaming

I would like to dispute roaming charges on my bill from

Feb 5 to 15. I had travel eSIM Saily and Koodo investigation indicated that these were from back ground charges. I had turned off Koodo mobile  completely. This must be unintentional charges as I only used travel eSIM. Koodo rep after some discussion back and forth was able to waive 50% of $198 and I am stuck with $99 charges plus my charge from Saily eSIM. Can you please waive this remaining charges as I had not intentionally used Koodo as it was off and turned off data switching too . I later switched to Roamless and there are no roaming charges from

Feb 15 until my return to Canada on April 8. I have been Koodo customer for long time and has not experienced this issue

This is a customer forum, and most of us here are customers like you, who didn’t have access to your roaming record.

If you’d like to dispute this further, I suggest you check out the detailed usage (data, texts and calls) for the days Koodo said you used. If you have those records, you can see what happened and dispute each charge individually. Simply saying you didn’t use the service would make things more complicated since the foreign carrier reported that you used the roaming service.

How much data was used on each of those days?
