Discontinue number

Hi there,

 

I have moved out of Canada for 2-3 years., so I would like to discontinue my plan with Koodo, as well as paying off my balance. Is there any guide to do so from outside Canada?

    Assuming you are on a postpaid plan, you can send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter to cancel your line, since you are currently not in Canada. https://m.me/Koodo 

    Once your line is cancelled, you will receive your final bill on your Self-Serve account and you can pay off the outstanding balance. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/your-koodo-bill-after-you-cancel

    For a prepaid plan, you can cancel your pre-authorized payment on your Self-Serve account. Your line will eventually be suspended and cancelled after 90 days of non-payment.
