I have difficulty with the Koodo network. I am new here and have bought a plan for use before porting from Public Mobile to Koodo but it is not working as it says "Your order is in progress. Your account has basic access for now. You'll get full access when your order ships."
I am confused and frustrated as it is over 24hrs since that happened, I have been charged and still nothing. I need to Port out of my current network and if Koodo won't work out, then they should let me know and return my money.
