No way to cancel service on site. Hard to get a call back when dead. Will they figure it out when they do not get any payments. Horrible, Horrible service when there is no way to cancel online. Should be a law about that.

+4You should be able to set the callback up to any number, not just the Koodo number that you want to cancel. If you aren’t getting the prompt, just type cancellation into the chat bot, and click “I want to cancel a line or account”
You can also visit a Koodo store and have a rep make the request for you there.
