There is no charge. You just need to insert your existing SIM card or transfer your eSIM to your new phone.

That depends, did you purchase a new device and just want to switch your service to the new phone or are you looking to upgrade through Koodo?

If you own your current device, there is no additional fees to upgrade through Koodo if you do it online. There is also no upgrade/ connection fees if you upgrade at a Koodo or Telus store starting June 12th but for today you would have to pay a connection fee of $80.

If you are paying off a device, then you will have to pay off your remaining device tab and tab bonus when upgrading through Koodo.
