Cannot select perk due to error

I am trying to add the “3-Day Easy Roam International” as my free perk but every time I submit the request - I never receive the confirmation email and the perk does not get applied (confirmed by checking add-on’s).

I have tried selecting different perks, different browsers, incognito, different devices, clearing cache & cookies but nothing works.

Please advise on how to proceed, thank you.

Hi there,

this has been a common issue lately regarding perks. I will flag a rep for you to assist.

Make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they should be able to attempt to add the perk. They will respond here as I have. Note, response times can vary but a rep will respond. 🙂

Hi ​@rioh8712, we’ve attempted to add the $0 3-Day Easy Roam International perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

We have looked into it and it shows it was provisioned. If you check in self serve, it doesn’t show for you?

If you login to your self serve and check your plan, add-ons and perks, do you see the perk there?

If not, then it has not been applied yet.  It has also not been 3 business days
