cannot change address on self-serve

We moved and my currently registered card had expired  but I cannot update my address. I’ve tried different browsers, as suggested in previous posts, but that didn't work. Koodo Assist just keeps taking me in a loop back to the profile page. Can anyone help?

It is possible that you have not updated the address on your credit card, since it must match with the one on your Koodo account. Have you contacted your bank?

Just to double check, do you have Prepaid or a Postpaid account?

What is the error that you get when you try to change the address?

I have confirmed with my bank the address has been updated though them. 

I cannot "edit account info" to update my address with Koodo.

The error I get when I try to register a new card is "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later." I have a pre-paid account.

Unfortunately, the reps in the Community have limited access to prepaid plans.

You will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to change the address on your account. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/koodoprepaid/koodoprepaid.html

For prepaid, your mailing address shouldnt matter.

 

In the mean time, are you able to call 611 and pay via credit card over the phone?
