Cannot access scheduling a callback with Koodo Assist

Hello,

 

I have moved addresses and I am trying to move my Koodo Internet.  The system says to use Koodo Assist to schedule a callback, but when I use Koodo Assist to schedule a callback, it just repeats the message to use Koodo Assist to schedule a callback.

 

There doesn’t seem to be another way to change my Home Internet address for my modem.  Does anyone have any other solutions on how to change your Home Internet address?

Just to confirm, did you use the correct link www.koodo.com/chat. Typically, you would have to mention that you are an internet customer, and answer some of their question before the system schedule a call back for you.

Going to that link redirects you to Koodo Assist.  I mentioned that I was a customer.   I asked the Koodo Assist multiple times for a representative or to schedule an appointment and nothing.  I am in a loop that I can't find the way out

Have you tried to say that you are an internet customer, and you would like to cancel and move to a different address? if you just asked for an appointment, it might not do it for you.,

You should be able to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to speak with a rep and provide your new address. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/how-do-i-change-my-address

Hello,

Thanks for your help.

It is still not working.  I get into a loop that looks like this.

It says to go to Koodo Assist but I am already there.  If I click the link I just go around in a circle again.

Got it!

Can  you please continue the chat with the virtual assist by typing “Callback” or “speak to a rep” and let us know if you are  able to schedule the call back?
