I asked cancel my account after 24 this month, but it be stoped today.

I need to reopen it until 25

Are you a Koodo cellular postpaid or internet customer?

Most cancellations(without transfering to another carrier) need a rep to do it. Have you tried to schedule a call back from Koodo using their digital Assist? Www.koodo.com/chat

Yeah, I settled the cancellation through a call back service. I guess the service staff make mistakes. But my bill shows I should pay from 24 may to 25 June.

And my account was stoped I can’t book a call back now….

When you log into your self serve does it say your service is stopped?

When and where does it say that?

Are you referring to your phone number?

Is this your first time logging into your self serve account?

It happened just now. My account was already cancelled, I can’t call or get a callback. I try to sign in the self-service, it showed my number doesn’t match my account.

I’m confused, does koodo should sent me a confirm email about my cancellation? Like confirm the date?

Are you signing in or registering for self serve?
Signing in just requires an email and password.

 

 

Yes when you request a cancellation, you get an email confirmation

Yes, when you cancel or make other changes you should receive an email. They should be no changes to your number. What exact message are you getting when you log into self serve?

No. Koodo kiosks and Telus stores strictly deal with Sales. They will not be able to re-activate a recently closed account; they can only activate new accounts once 90 days has passed since the old account was closed. They will advise you to schedule a callback.
