cancel Internet subscription

How to cancel koodo home Internet when you go to self serve it says hang tight we're working on updating your plan. Please wait for any further plan changes. It won't let me do anything. Can someone please help. Thanks.

Try a different browser or clearing your cache and check to see if that fixes things
