Can't sign in and see any of my billing info, etc

Over two weeks ago, I split off from a joint account with my now ex and an agent called to talk me through the process. She took all the relevant info, we discussed pricing, she sent me the account set up email, etc.

I did all the things but when I log in it just stays on the Overview page. I can see the menu options for Shop, Self Serve and Help but when I click on Self Serve it just reloads the Overview again but never goes to billing, etc.

I tried everything, and then I tried the chat feature but it was useless...no matter how I answered it didn’t fit into any of its limited questions and answers. What a waste. Finally, I set up a return call from Koodo. During that call they were verifying who I was and when I gave them my birthday they said whichever one of their agents who set up my account put down the wrong birthday! They said there was nothing they could do and told me to visit a Koodo store in person.

Today I drove to 30 minutes to the nearest store. Told them my issue. The agent took my phone number, name, etc but try as he might he couldn’t access my account either and advised me to set up a call with Koodo. I told him i HAD already spoken to them and THEY were the one who told me to come to a store to figure it.

What do I do now? I’m close to just canceling the service altogther. Seriously, who runs a business like this?

Have you tried the incognito mode of the web browser to see if that can help? as well, are you currently residing in Canada?
