Can't login to self serve (prepaid) - ACCESS DENIED

I’ve changed my login as requested.
Tried it using a new email address.

Tried it using the original email address.

Now I can’t even get to the login ID and password screen. It just goes to a white screen with ACCESS DENIED.

Help!

Please refer to the steps that have been suggested by the koodo reps in the above thread. If you have further issues, please respond there to contain the problem to one thread. Seems a lot of people are having the same problem 😅.
