Can't login

I can’t login, I get asked to change my password but when I click I get asked for a username and password I don’t have.

Hi ​@Nicolas Bittner-Deland, is this concerning a prepaid or postpaid account?

If possible, we’d recommend trying in an incognito/private window or with a different browser or device. If you’re using a VPN service, please turn it off and try again. 

 


I tried it with chrome but I get the same thing

If your original log in credentials don’t work and you can’t proceed with your email and a new password either we’d recommend scheduling a callback with the prepaid team here to check if they can reset your online profile. 


I can’t schedule a call with the bot. it asks me to sign in.

You should still be able to request a call back with the virtual assist without logging in. Have you managed to schedule one in the meantime?
