Can’t change plan due to perk error

I see others with this problem and I can’t fix it myself. Trying to change my plan in self serve but as soon as I choose a perk(or skip) it gives me an error saying I cannot choose a perk right now. Please help

habe you tried to change your plan without selecting a perk? After that you can add a perk later. At that point, if it still doesn't work, you can come back here and ask a rep to assist

Yes I have tried and it still gives the error. Also tried just going into self serve to change/remove perk and it’s the same problem. Tried Koodo assist/chat and they don’t seem to know what’s happening

Tried to switch last night and had the same problem. Now today those same plans that were $30 are showing up at $40. Seems like a bait and switch scheme really. Thinking I might just port out

Still see the same plans for $30 on my side but still waiting for mod to change me over

When I first logged in this morning they showed for a moment then the page showed some error and when I went back they were all $40. Refreshing,  logging out etc all still shows $40. If I try logging in on a different device or browser it again shows $30 for a moment before showing the same error and then showing me $40 plan again.
