Can’t change free perk

I keep getting error trying to change my free perk to premium voicemail, and to check back in an hour but it’s been a few days and I’ve tried numerous and at various times. Thanks.

Hi there,

Are you able to change to a different perk other than premium voice mail, wait for it to update in self serve, and then change that perk to premium voicemail?

Some others have found this to work as a work around by selecting a different perk and then switching again after. If that doesnt work, let me know and I can flag a rep to assist.

Just tried it with all the other perks and getting the same message unfortunately.

Make sure you're logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they can try to add the perk on their end. They will respond here as I have. Note, response times can vary. 🙂

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues changing your free perk.

We have tried to change it from our end, but we are getting the same error. We have submitted a request for the perk to be changed in the backed and this should take up to 3 business days.
