Can't add free perk

Hi. I’ve been trying to add the 3 Day Int’l roaming free perk to my number ending in 45 without success. Can a Koodo rep help me on this?

Try selecting a different perk and then changing again back to the perk you want to see if that fixes things.  If not, let us know and we can flag a rep for you.  Just make sure you are logged into the community with your self serve account

I’ve tried adding various free perks and get to the Finished page each time with the “Your plan has been updated!” message but nothing gets added.

Please flag a rep and ask them to add the Unlimited Long Distance Pack to my number ending in 45.

We have been unable to add the perk from our end, however, we have submitted a request for this to be added in the backend. It should take up to 3 business days to be added, however, please note that it will come into effect as of next billing cycle.
