Can't add free perk

Hello. I recently ported a number to Koodo but I cannot add a free perk. I can select the perk and confirm that change but never receive the expected email. I see others have had similar problems. Any help would be appreciated.

We are sorry to hear you are having issues selecting the free perk!

Will you please confirm the last 2 digits of the phone number in question and the perk that you would like to add?

We can try to add it from our end.

Hi. The last two digits of the phone number are 93 and the perk to add is 3 day US roaming.

We have tried to add the perk from our end but we were unable to. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added in the backend and this will take up to 3 business days.

Can you add phone number ending in 31 and 3-Day Easy Roam International to the request as well?

We have submitted the request for the perk to be added on the line ending in *31. This should take also up to 3 business days.
