When I attempt to change the plan for one of my accounts I get this error message. I have not changed this plan anytime recently in the past (been over a year).

 

Have you tried another browser or another device? Also try the “incognito” (or private) mode and see if that helps.

If that doesn’t work, you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist. I saw several similar reports in the forum about that error.
