When the people call me, they hear that this number under call control, if you want through, need press number, like this. How it's happened?

It's a feature added on your account as an add-on. I believe you can remove it yourself.

Here is more info about Call Control. :)

As @Robert T mentioined, if you don’t want to have call control active, you can easily remove it in your Self-serve.
