I’ve tried repeatedly on 2 different computers to bring my old phone number into my new koodo account.  After submitting all my information I get a message that reads “error occured.”

 

Not sure what I’m doing wrong or if it is a system error.  Anybody able to help me?

I'll flag a Rep to assist since you can't seem to make it work with different browsers.
