Adding data not working - I need help!!!

I used up all my data and I normally get a text where I can add more. This time I cannot and when I went online to self serve I couldnt either. I am only getting a response - Try again later.

How can I call Koodo?

Its been 24 hours and I need data to work!!!

Hi, Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?

When you tried to access your self-serve, what was the error message? have you tried to use the “incognito” mode of the web browser to see if that can help?

Did you already top up your data? If so, it is possible that you cannot add more and additional usage will be subject to a pay-per-use rate. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/shock-free-data

Otherwise, you should be able to send a text message to 5337 with keyword 17YES to add a data top-up of 500MB for $21 and 25YES to add a data top-up of 1GB for $29.

If you go in self serve under My profile > Mobility > Data Settings > Notifications & blocks > Manage, do you see the option to authorize data unpause? We see that the authorization is disabled at the moment.

Please let us know how it goes.

When you look at your data usage page in self serve, does it say your data is all used up and paused?
