Does anyone know how to get a proper account statement from Koodo ? In the business world, a customer can normally get a transaction statement showing a running balance for a given period of time ! I can’t find any such thing in self serve. I have been getting overdue notices for the past two months for approx one whole month’s service, but checking back a whole year in my banking records I can’t find any month where a payment was missed. Transaction History, the way it is presented, is essentially useless for showing when the apparently missed payment occurs ……..
Any suggestions would be appreciated !
