Account Cancellation Verification

I had my work transfer my koodo number to my work phone. They use Telus. How do I verify my koodo account has been closed. I could not see in my self serve?

If your number was ported over then it would be closed. A line can’t remain open without a number on it.

What do you see when you login to self serve? You should still have access for a few weeks after you close it.
