account broken after prepaid to monthly offer accepted

Used the offer from the prepaid service portal to move to monthly. Account is broken and cannot access any self serve options or reach an agent through the chat due to the account being bricked and sign in not possible.

Also the email for help option on the website is a broken link and there is no way to contact any human whatsoever. Is there any way to get help or does my bank need to do a stop payment since the card was used for the credit check and has the pre auth already checked from the move?

Just to double check, you have access to the services (the sim is active) but you didn’t get any email activation after the migration to postpaid?
