about pausing plan

When I tried to pause my plan, the webpage just kept loading, so that I can’t do nothing for pausing. 
It’s same both on laptop and phone browser.

Guys, is there any way to fix this problem?

Does your plan still work? 

Try to clear your browser's cache and try again. 

Are you logged into the community with your self serve account?

I deleted all the data and history of browser, but it still keeps loading the same…

Hi ​@Samsuiatcueb are you using a VPN? If so, please turn it off and try again. We’d also recommend trying via an incognito/private window.

Hi,

I’m not using a VPN. I tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data, and private page, it still doesn’t work.
