Insane system you lock me out with updating your password nothing works I have been trying for days I lost the phone you CANNOT CALL ME BACK I DONT HAVE IT! how is that the only option you offer for help? Call from a friend phone NOPE no human dont worry we will call back the phone you dont have in 3-4 hours…. Cant log in nothing works random key gen NO don't match anything no letter no number 8 characters small cap large cap numbers special char start with letter start with number start with special character NOTHING WORKS. All I can get endlessly are code sent to my email. I have never been quite this upset with a system.

So you have still been able to get security codes sent by email? Why can’t you log in at all? You mention password resets and not being able to get the self-serve toa ccept anything. Are you on prepaid? I assume that you reported your phone stolen through Koodo?
I am on prepaid unsure if the phone has been stolen yet lost it some days ago cant seem to find it IF I could log in I could see stuff but cannot (since koodo decide to lock out all its client in their update your password to our guideline). Yes the email send I keep trying all I get is the The password you entered does not meet the guidelines. Please input a new one. and “Finally, input your new password to reset it.**Can't repeat more than 2 letters or numbers or use personal data or have commonly used passwords”
As I am using key gen and have tried hundred of combo with absolutely nothing that repeats it all light green but will not let me get off that page. tried 8 digit 9 10 11 12 on the generator not a thing works
