charges for calls to numbers I do not recognize

There are 5 calls on my latest bill that I do not recognize. Four are for 1 minute each to a number in Utah; the other is for three minutes to a number in New Jersey. I did not make those calls. How is it that they appear on my bill?

    What date and times do these numbers appear to be called?

    What are these phone numbers?

    Can you post a screenshot of these charges from your call history from your detailed pdf ebill?
