anyone know when you receive the redemption instruction for this i bought this phone almost right away

the time has def been long enough now i contacted koodo they like just go to the store. i go to the store they said you gota wait till you get a email with a barcode they can scan and wont do it unless i have that from koodo.  I called Koodo they said the store should just do it and we wont give you that.

I was text i was eligible for the offer but the store said they dont care without the rest of the info. i was like cant you just look it up on the account and they were like thats not how we do it.  you should have bought the phone from us not directly from koodo.  but the text as no real way to show how to claim. it was a 4010 text from koodo bascily saying i was eligible.  but missing the email with the info to take to store to like claim it

i got that in march and went to the store and did the support tickets not long after.  i got that well before the min 6-8 weeks though i would ask here but figured i should at least wait the 6 weeks time like the other guy asked

Can you please tell us whether the store you visited was Koodo store or a Retail/ Koodo Partner store?

Retail/ Koodo Partner store one that was directed to me from the website

there are no koodo stores like even close to where i live
