I upgraded my plan and phone and I was charged the shipping. I received a first email showing the charge and that I would get the tracking number and the approval within one day. It's been two days and I haven't received anything, is there an issue?

Nothing in your folder or junk from noreply@koodomobile.com or no-reply@koodomobile.com with a subject of Upgrade Order Confirmation, Order Shipment Confirmation, and Your New Koodo Service Agreement?
If not, it's possible the system glitches. Quality control is never 100%. But you got it all, so you can look in self-serve to download your new service agreement and check the tab and such if you're concerned.
No I don't have anything in my spam unfortunately. Also in the service agreement, it does not show up the new one yet
