Hello i’m tracking my upgraded phone shipment with Canada Post was supposed to be delivered today. 

 

“Item being returned to sender. Incomplete address.”  how is this possible when full address info is already in my profile?

and what is next step Koodo?  

 

 

The phone will be returned back to Koodo.

I would reach out to the webstore and see if they can track down what was wrong with the address, then once that is all sorted you can go ahead and reorder the phone.
