I put a phone in the cart, chose a $55/month plan (conditioned with Auto-pay, which I have) but when I ggo check out it gives me $65. Removed, placed in the cart again - still not givingg me discount prior to checkout.

+4The plan is a $65 plan at its core and that’s how it will show during the checkout, on your service agreement, in your self serve, etc.
If you setup autopay via bank, you’ll then see a $10 credit on your bill but that’s the only place you’ll ever see the discount.
