unable to complete online order, get this error instead

Finally the 45 day hold is up and I went to order my new phone. I've tried twice now to complete the order and I get the error "Price Plan is not valid". Even though I'm choosing the Tab plan that's needed. ($60 for 10gb for a CPO iPhone 11)

Is it because I'm trying to purchase with a prepaid Visa?

That may be one reason. Prepaid can be used for paying your monthly bill but not for buying a phone.

That pretty much makes buying online pointless since I can't get a credit card in my name atm. In store doesn't have the phone I want. 

Is there any other way around this?

To add on to Goran’s comment, you have to order online for a CPO device. You will need to purchase with a credit card before you can proceed.

Alternatively, you can go in-store, but you will need to get a new device instead. Have you considered that option?
