I am a customer with multiple lines. I switched from an old samsung to the to the top iphone available. Since them my internet sucks. Terrible experience. Spent a lot of money for a horrible service.

Hi

Since the switch of SIM to the new iPhone, have you tried to reset the network settings of the phone? As well, did you have an issue with indoor or outdoor signal?

Do you know if this is only a recent occurrence? Have you asked your friends and neighbours that are using Telus or Koodo in your local area to see if they are experiencing the same issue?

Since you have multiple lines, are the other lines on your account also experiencing issues?  Or this is related to the new phone?

Does talk and text (sms, green bubbles) work without issue?  Is the issue only related to data use?  I assume  internet on wifi works without issue?
