Hi! My phone was stolen and I don’t have a way to call koodoo. My dad gave me a new phone but it has no sim card. If I could just get a sim card sent to my address so I could take calls again that would be wonderful thank you. Phone is 819 213 4442 but obviously I can’t use it until I have a new sim card

a solution that will work quicker and better for you would be if you picked up a Koodo SIM card at your closest Koodo location and changed it in your Koodo self serve account. This way, once the change has been made, you will have access immediately to your phone number and plan once again. Steps for this can be found here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-sim-support Granted, if an official rep or a mobile master sees this post to flag one, they can send a SIM card to you but you will have to wait for it to come in the mail. I would do what I suggest as it would be much faster and really isn’t that hard to do. I hope this information helps
