Hi - I just ordered a phone, and it looks like its being shipped to my home address… I really don’t want that as there are a lot of people that steal packages from porches. Is it possible to get it shipped to a store nearby instead so that they can hold it for me until I get home from work that day? Thanks and please let me know!

+4Unfortunately there isn't a store pickup option for online orders. Koodo separates its in-store and online sale channel for inventory control, and shipping to the address on the Koodo file (matching the credit card owner) adds an extra layer of fraud protection.
Your phone shouldn't be left sitting on the porch though. A signature is required on delivery, so someone needs to be available to sign. If nobody at home, the courier (normally UPS) will leave a note and you can call them to have it held for pickup at their location.
You can actually upgrade your phone at your nearest Koodo store. There should be no connection fees and I believe you can avoid the shipping fee as well! https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/upgrading-your-phone
