hello i returned the phone and they was delivered on sept 25 4 weeks by now, no credit, sent email and they are not doing anything

What do you mean they are not doing anything? Did they reject your return or or have not replied to your email?
You can send an email to the Koodo Web Store at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com and follow up with them directly. They should be able to give you an update.
