Received a package but no phone

Hello Team Koodo,

Performed Hardware upgrade during Black Friday. Received the shipment today but no phone inside the box….only SIM card.  Can anyone please advise?

And when you look at your order info you see a phone purchase made?

If so, I would reach out to koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com and ask them to launch an investigation so that you can get your device.
