Phone upgrade, stuck in a loop

I’m trying to upgrade my phone on my existing number.  I have a phone selected, and it keeps rotating me between “your order so far”, and the only option is to “select a plan”, then i go with “keep my existing plan”, but it sends me right back to “your order so far”, where the only option is to go back to “select a plan”.

How do I actually purchase this phone?

Are you getting the phone on tab?  Is it a Tab plus or Tab basic?

What is the cost of your current plan?

If you saw the message, it appears your current plan isn’t eligible to upgrade. You would need to select a new plan if you would like to do that with self-serve.

You should confirm that the price of your plan meets the minimum plan price requirements of the tabs.

Hello, I tried going through with selecting a different plan which is similar but not identical to what I currently have, and was able to get all the way to the purchase screen.  However once I enter my credit card information and hit purchase, it gives me the following error.  I've done this several times, using a different credit card, using a different browser, using a different browser after clearing cache, all with the same result.

Our systems aren't able to process your transaction at this time. Please try again later.

Getting tokenization error. ERROR CODE - 4001

I’m experiencing the same issue trying to upgrade Error Code 4001 tried on laptop and phone different cards stuck in the loop.

Also having that issue, and now you can only pay retail price for phones and no tab option when looking to upgrade your phone. 

Been 3 days, even talked to a rep and they couldn't explain just kept transferring me.
