I ordered a phone upgrade on Sunday and still haven’t gotten the shipping update, is this consistent for orders over the weekend?

+4From what I’ve seen on the community, yes. There appears to be quite a back log.
It would also be longer if you selected a phone/colour/storage size that had a shipping delay.
