I ordered a phone upgrade on Sunday and still haven’t gotten the shipping update, is this consistent for orders over the weekend?

From what I’ve seen on the community, yes. There appears to be quite a back log.
It would also be longer if you selected a phone/colour/storage size that had a shipping delay.
