I recently ordered and received a refurbished phone but no charger was sent? Are chargers not included with a refurbished phone?

When you go to the page of any phone on Koodo’s site, scroll down to select “Technical Details” where you will see Package Contents. There it currently states:
“
Package Content:
To do our part for a happier planet, all CPO devices no longer come with a power adapter or charging cable. Please keep using the charger you already have, or buy a new one separately if needed.”

It doesn't say about charger. Did the site give you heads up when you make order?
If not, it would be nice to show what including in the Pre-owned phones in the front page. Or pop-up during the order process
