Have you has the chance to check this phone on the website?

These days, Koodo usually only carries one flip phone / “dumb” phone model at a time. And right now that’s the Sonim as linked by Flo. If you want something else, you’ll have to buy it from a different vendor. It’s up to you at that point. You basically have to put the phone on tab with Koodo as charging 500 for a flip phone retail is a bit absurd. Considerig the low price of flip phones, I would just buy outright from some other retailer. 

If you do find a dumb phone from another vendor, just watch out for Koodo’s 3G fee

Even if your phone is VoLTE capable, Koodo currently does not have all phones whitelisted for this function.  I am hoping as we get closer to the 3G shutdown, Koodo will allow this for all phones, but this is what is listed on Koodo’s site for now
