I upgraded my phone. Old and new phone are both Samsung and with koodo. SIM card is in new phone but phone calls and text still are received on my old phone. What do I need to do to have that part completed?

Eh, did you put the old SIM from the old phone into the new phone? (don’t put the new SIM in the box into the new phone).
The new phone came with a new SIM card. I put that one into my new phone
