I placed an order this morning and got a call saying thst agent needed to verified something with me because some information didn't match. I tried calling back but got hang up. I tried using your koodo assist and it's useless.

What do you mean the Koodo Assist is useless? Did you request a call back? It can be on any Canadian number. Alternatively, you can contact Koodo through Facebook or Twitter (don’t use all, just pick one method). Keep in mind that neither of these are instant chat, but they will get back to you.
