Purchased upgrade online in my self serve. Is it new or refurbished.

It depends on which one you bought.
If it was labeled as “Certified pre-owned” then it will be used. If it wasn’t, then it’s new.
Thank you for replying! I did do a bit of research and went back to check that very thing and learned mine is new. Which was my hope.
