Never joining , Koodo again. 

I was about to port 2 of my lines from BELL. 
Activated 2 new lines from Koodo. 
First Lost my sim cards in shipping
Bought the sim cards and tried to call Koodo to change my sim card number.
Then never able to connect to any agent. every time they want to schedule a call back. with a broke bot which wll not let me connect to any agent. 
Finally able to connect to an agent and now cancelling everything

BIG advice; GET AN ACTUAL APP support. dont be cheap!!!

What do you mean every time they want to schedule a callback?  Was the callback feature or time selection from Koodo Assist glitching or was a call back made but the call not connected?

Glitching while selecting a call back and then when they call back there is a bot which ask you to say connect to an agent or press 2 to disconnect. That bot itself kept glitching and disconnecting my call.

I’ve never had difficulty just to get in touch with a support agent with any other carrier.
For a new customer experience this is dissapointing.

Did the glitch eventually resolved it self since you did get a successful callback at the end?

Yes, after several attempts it connected me to an agent and I asked to cancel my 2 lines.

These glitches are unfortunately difficult to diagnose.

When the callback system works the way it is suppose to, it works very well.  But when these glitches happen, unless it happens to everyone or a good chunk of folks, it is difficult to isolate and to determine the cause. 

I will still flag this to a rep so they are aware
