Currently, I am traveling overseas in Saudi Arabia and lost my sim card.
Hence, unable to get OTP for use of credit card etc for flight tickets payment.
Urgently require new sim card.

+4Oof, unfortunately, Koodo doesn’t ship SIM cards overseas. You could ask a friend in Canada to quickly ship your a SIM card, or if your phone accept eSIM, ask them to purchase that and send you a screenshot of the code.

What are the process or documents required for my fried to purchase that?
Would my mobile number remains - for OTP verification etc?
+4I don’t think your friend needs to prove anything, but I could be wrong about that. I believe that (s)he would just need to purchase the piece of paper and send it to you.
As for your number - oh yes, everything would remain, your number, account, etc.
Unfortunately I’m not 100% with eSIM so I’m sure others will add on to what I said :)
