Hi,

I am postpaid Koodo customer.

Currently, I am traveling overseas in Saudi Arabia and lost my sim card.

Hence, unable to get OTP for use of credit card etc for flight tickets payment.

Urgently require new sim card.

Oof, unfortunately, Koodo doesn’t ship SIM cards overseas. You could ask a friend in Canada to quickly ship your a SIM card, or if your phone accept eSIM, ask them to purchase that and send you a screenshot of the code.

What are the process or documents required for my fried to purchase that?

Would my mobile number remains - for OTP verification etc?


I don’t think your friend needs to prove anything, but I could be wrong about that. I believe that (s)he would just need to purchase the piece of paper and send it to you.

As for your number - oh yes, everything would remain, your number, account, etc.

Unfortunately I’m not 100% with eSIM so I’m sure others will add on to what I said :)
