how do I get a hold of a koodoo actual person

I have been trying to find a number for over 2 hours to speak with a rep. I have gone through the chat thing. Super frustrated. I have a black screen so am not even able to make calls and want to order a new phone but want to also add a line. I am wanting to talk to an agent which seems mission impossible. I am wondering if my best bet is to go to Costco and start from scratch. I have been with Koodoo for at least 15 years but this is ridiculous. Any suggestions

Hi,Both of those you can actually do yourself in Self Serve, ordering the new phone and adding a line. The catch with a black screen is the SMS verification code, both flows send one and you have to be able to read it. If you still have the SIM, put it in another phone to get the code.For a callback, go to www.koodo.com/chat and type what you want (e.g. "I want to add a line") and the system calls you back, but it has to be a Canadian number that can receive incoming calls, so that won't work if your only phone is dead. https://m.me/Koodois another way to reach a rep.With a dead screen I would also recommend a Koodo store, they can do the new phone and the extra line at the same time.
